Mani Castle
Between history and nature
Description
San Lorenzo in Banale is a rural village in the Natural Park Adamello Brenta, that today has entered in the Club of the most beautiful villages of Italy.
The village is characterised by seven different hamlets so called "Sette Ville". At Glolo, one of this hamlets, we still find the ruins of Mani Castle, which belonged to the Bishop of Trento and had the function to control the important connection road which ran through San Lorenzo.
