Originale appuntamento enogastronomico in Trentino
Tre giorni dedicati a uno dei prodotti più tipici della valle delle Terme di Comano, la patata del Lomaso. Le gustose patate “Montagnine” sono coltivate esclusivamente su terreni e ambienti di montagna che, un po’ avari nella quantità, sono prodighi invece di sapore e genuinità. Coltivate secondo la tradizione trentina, sono conservate al naturale.
La Festa della Patata celebra il sapore inimitabile di questo prodotto unico, proponendo dei menu in cui la protagonista è proprio la patata del Lomaso, dall'antipasto al dessert.
